We test it on our own company before we sell it.
Every system BeyondX offers runs inside BeyondX first. Our research is practical: a real problem in our own operations, a measure agreed before we start, and a written decision at the end.
Four steps, written down every time.
Hypothesis
One sentence: what we believe, and what it would change for a business.
Experiment
Run on BeyondX's own work, with the measure and the end date set before it starts.
Result
The numbers as they came out, recorded the same way whether they are good or bad.
Decision
Ship it, change it or stop it. Stopped work is kept on record so we do not repeat it.
What we are working on.
Each track is labelled with where it stands today. Only systems marked live are offered to clients.
SI voice front desk
Beyonda answers calls and takes messages. It started as an experiment on our own phone line and now answers it.

BeyondX HQ: intake, tickets, owner decisions and a double-entry ledger in one place. The ledger refuses to post an entry that does not balance or has no source document.
Low-cost model routing
Sending each task to the least expensive model that can do it well, and measuring the quality we give up, if any, against the money we save.
Checkout reliability
Finding where an online order can fail between payment, fulfilment and delivery, and closing each gap before a customer finds it.
Customer feedback loops
Turning calls, messages and reviews into a short list of fixes a team can act on each week, without anyone re-reading every conversation.
Your unsolved problem
If you have a problem no product on the market solves, we may take it on as a research track with you, with the terms agreed in writing first.
Bring it to a free call →The rules our R&D follows
- New systems run inside BeyondX, against a measure set before the test starts, before they are offered to a client.
- No invented results. If an experiment fails, it is recorded as a failure.
- Client data is never used for research without a written agreement.
- Research partners agree the terms, the ownership of results and the costs in writing before any work starts.
