What every caller hears (live in the product)

"Thanks for calling {Business} — this is {Agent}, an AI assistant, and this call may be recorded. How can I help you today?"

If the caller objects

"Of course — I'll take your details without recording and have the team call you back on a line you're comfortable with."

Client obligations

  • The client is responsible for any additional notice its own jurisdiction requires.
  • The client may not disable the AI or recording disclosure (service terms §2, §5 AUP).
  • For clients who do not want recordings: the service runs with recording disabled (recording:false).
