What this site collects

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting company (Vercel Inc.), to count page visits and taps on our contact links (email, phone, WhatsApp and the demo line). It uses no cookies and does not identify you: visits are counted anonymously, are not tied to your name or IP address, and are not tracked across other websites. A returning visitor is recognized for one day at most, by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours. Each count can record the page, the referring site, an approximate location, and the type of device, operating system and browser. We look at these counts only in aggregate, to learn which pages and contact options are useful. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does not embed a data-collecting contact form. Separately, Vercel keeps standard server logs for operational and security purposes.

When you contact us

If you email info@beyondx.llc, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call through our scheduling link, you are sending that information directly to those services (your email provider, WhatsApp/Meta, and Calendly, respectively), subject to their own privacy policies. We use what you send us — your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your project — only to respond to you and, if you engage us, to deliver the audit or build you contracted for. We do not sell contact information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Client project data

Data handling for an active engagement (an AI Readiness Audit or a custom build) is governed by the signed engagement letter or Master Services Agreement for that project, not by this page. Our architecture principle — stated plainly, not as a compliance claim — is that client systems are deployed inside the client's own cloud environment and BeyondX does not retain client data on its own infrastructure.

Your rights

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (for example GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California) and want a copy of, or deletion of, any information we hold about you, email info@beyondx.llc and we will respond.

Governing law

This policy is intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, consistent with BeyondX LLC's state of registration.
