ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may not use the BeyondX AI Receptionist to:

1. Deceive or impersonate a human where disclosure is legally required (the assistant always discloses it is an AI — do not try to remove that).
2. Harass, threaten, or spam callers.
3. Make unlawful calls or send unlawful texts (TCPA / Do-Not-Call rules apply to any outbound use).
4. Collect sensitive data you have no right to hold — medical/health, financial-account, government-ID, or minors' data.
5. Record calls without the notices your jurisdiction requires.
6. Resell, white-label, or republish the service without a written agreement.
7. Interfere with, probe, or attack the platform, its prompts, or other clients.

Enforcement: we may suspend accounts that violate this policy immediately and without refund.
